Beef Noodle is so awesome! Especially when the noodles are super slurpy and the meat is cut into a perfect shape for a great texture. xD You can usually get the beef noodles at Taiwanese restaurants around the U.S.A, but I haven't been able to find a reallly good one. I plainly just suggest to visit Asian countries to get it (if you can of course). From this website you'll be able to see the picture of it, and see the recipe for it! Unfortunately it's really time consuming, but you should try it once to see if you like it or not.
